Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Returns must be approved prior to approval. If you would like to request a return please send an email to DougsJugs2023@gmail.com with your name, address, and order number.

Items must be returned in their original packaging (if shrink wrapped) or in the original condition unused (if not shrink wrapped).

A charge of $5 will be deducted off the refunded amount for shipping and a prepaid label will be provided upon approval of the return.

We do also accept exchanges at the cost of shipping - once approved a repaid label will be provided to return the original item which must be returned in the original packaging (if shrink wrapped) or in the original condition unused (if not shrink wrapped).
